    WHAT IS SERMORELIN

    Sermorelin is a synthetically made version of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), the endogenous hormone responsible for stimulating natural growth hormone production. Sermorelin is a growth hormone(GH) secretagogue that stimulates increased production of GH from the anterior pituitary gland.

    Like the body’s natural GHRH, Sermorelin works by binding to the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor (GHRH) in the anterior part of the pituitary gland. Sermorelin functions to stimulate greater production of GH, leading to an increase in production of your own produced IGF-1 . Sermorelin acts as a mirror image to GHRH and causes the same effect on GH production. The effect of Sermorelin is regulated by a negative feedback mechanism known as Somatostatin.     Ipamorelin is one of the most well-tolerated growth hormone secretagogue. Any side effects that may occur are typically mild and dose-dependent, with negative effects rarely occurring at moderate dosage levels.

    Most common side effects of Sermorelin and Ipamorelin:

    •Mild flushing

    •Headache may occur upon initial administration, though this commonly goes away after repeated injections

    •Temporary nausea and upset stomach may additionally occur following administration.
